The Mikomax Hushphone is a compact acoustic phone booth for one person. At 1000 by 900 mm it takes up barely one square metre, so you can fit it into a corner of an open office, beside a corridor or in a flexible space where there is no room left for a full booth.
The fold-out work surface is what makes it useful for more than a quick call. You fold it out for your laptop during a video call and fold it away as you leave, so the booth loses none of its space inside.
The sound insulation reaches 26.9 dB and is certified Class B under ISO 23351-1:2020, the only European standard that reliably measures the acoustic performance of a booth. For a phone call or a video call that is more than enough: your colleagues do not hear what you are discussing, and you do not hear them.
The ventilation system replaces the entire air volume in 80 seconds and starts automatically through a motion sensor, as does the 4000 K LED lighting. So there is nothing to switch on or off.
On its castors you move the booth whenever your office layout changes, and a single standard socket is all the installation needs. Optionally you add an ergonomic stool fixed to the floor, or a GreenWall.
The Hushphone is made in Europe and holds an EPD, PEFC certification and a Certified Autism Resource certificate for neurodiverse work environments.
